The promotion ends on 4/15/12. Drawing will be held on or about 4/30/12. There will be one Grand Prize, with a total value of $3,120. Prize consists of the equivalent of 780 gallons of Enmark 87 octane gasoline. Winner need not be present to win, and will be notified by text. Winner will receive Enmark cash cards that may be redeemed for gasoline or merchandise. Enmark Cash Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of invalid or illegible contact information, an alternate winner will be selected.
By accepting this prize, winner agrees that neither Enmark Stations, Inc., nor any of its respective parents, partnerships, principals, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, directors or officers will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind incurred in connection with, or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize or participation in this promotion. By accepting this prize, winner agrees that Enmark Stations may use winner's name, address, likeness, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration or payment where permitted by law.
